Location Fee
When two or more technicians are booked for an event in London an additional charge of £50 will be added to cover the costs of equipment transport to the venue. Events held outside of London P.O.A.
Payment
A deposit is required in order to secure a date. Until a deposit payment is received this is only considered a preliminary booking and the date in question remains available for another party to book. Payments can be made via bank
transfer or cheque, a Pampatheraist will be in touch shortly to discuss payment, alternatively please contact Pampalicious on 07747 864 759 to discuss payment.
Cancellations
For individual services we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment to receive a 100% refund or a minimum of 4 hours notice to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for group events or for an entire
spa party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. Once your appointment date has been reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
